Samira joined Capacent in 2016 and takes care of various tasks regarding office management and administration.  Tasks regarding quality control, HR assistance, finance matters and web appearance is included in her everyday work. As one of the most important field in her work she highlights taking care of employees´wellbeing and lifecycle and continuously seeks for new ways to improve this. Samira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arcada University of Applied Science.
