Capacent has started a 2 year project to optimize the Working Capital Management in a multinational group with 4 business divisions. In order to get sustainable results and at the same time save time and resources the project is divided into 4 phases. The phases are:
1. Ensure transparency – Detailed insight in how the working capital has developed and KPI’s to follow it
2. Set targets and project plan – Workshops to ensure buy in from the project participants
3. Implement changes – All needed process changes are implemented in practice
4. Ensure continuous improvement – Monitors are followed and needed actions are done in order to keep the good trend for the working capital development
