Year 2011 was an excellent year for Capacent in Finland. Our strategy to differentiate ourselves by truly implementing change and measurable results has paid off – both for our clients and us. Our clients achieved the targeted results and evaluated our overall performance to 4,1 on a scale of 1-5 (where 3 is good). Capacent Finland’s top line increased by 50% in a profitable way and we are now more than 20 persons.

Arena messut on Suomen suurin kauppatieteiden opiskelijoille järjestettävä kontaktointitapahtuma yhteistyössä Aalto-yliopiston kauppakorkeakoulun ja Hankenin kesken. Capacent on jälleen mukana 9.11. järjestettävillä messuilla Kauppakorkeakoululla.

Capacent ja UnitedLog Consulting yhdistävät voimansa. Tämä tapahtuu käytännössä niin, että Capacent ostaa UnitedLog Groupin konsultointipalvelut, ja UnitedLog Groupista tulee merkittävä osakkeenomistaja Suomen ja Ruotsin Capacentissa.

Capacent has started a 2 year project to optimize the Working Capital Management in a multinational group with 4 business divisions. In order to get sustainable results and at the same time save time and resources the project is divided into 4 phases. The phases are: 1. Ensure transparency – Detailed insight in how the working capital has developed and KPI’s to follow it 2. Set targets and project plan – Workshops to ensure buy in from the project participants 3. Implement changes – All needed process changes are implemented in practice 4. Ensure continuous improvement – Monitors are followed and needed actions are done in order to keep the good trend for the working capital development
