CONSULTANT

Our consultants deliver financial solutions and value to clients based in the Nordic region. We serve companies within all industries, service sectors, and companies owned by private equity firms. Since many of our clients are global, our projects tend to become global as well. Capacent is facing a strong increase in demand for our services and we therefore seek a highly motivated Management Consultant to join our consulting team in Helsinki.

Who we seek

You have excellent academic qualifications in Industrial Engineering or Finance and a strong personal drive to succeed
 
You have at least 2-5 years of professional experience within operations and have worked in areas like delivery process development, lean manufacturing, mass customization or product life-cycle management

You are excellent with details but have the ability to understand and communicate the big picture as well

You possess good analytical skills and like to drive change in a structured manner. You are curious and creative by nature
 
In addition to excellent skills in Finnish and English, you have outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
